Shipping

UK - Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service. We post 3-4 times per week and specify our next shipping date at checkout.

International 

We have partnered with Royal Mail and DHL for our international parcels, you can choose from 2 services outlined below:

DHL Express -  1-2 working day transit time and fully tracked. The cost of the shipping depends on your destination country, please see the live rate at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked- this service takes 3-5 working days within Europe and costs £15, and 1-2 weeks outside of Europe, costing £20.

If you purchase a product on pre-order, all contents of the parcel whether they are on pre-order or not will be shipped on this pre-order date, unless requested otherwise.

Return Policy

Return and exchange requests can be submitted on our Returns Portal. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, and 5 days from your return request approval to send the the items back to us. Late returns will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns which have marks of make-up or scents of perfume/odour. Labels must be attached and untampered with. 

Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Made to order items such as custom suits or blazers are non-returnable due to being bespoke.

Checkout+ - Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free return shipping. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.
