Refund policy

 

Return and exchange requests can be submitted on our Returns Portal. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, and 5 days from your return request approval to send the the items back to us. Late returns will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns which have marks of make-up or scents of perfume/odour. Labels must be attached and untampered with. 

Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free return shipping. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.
