Refund policy

 

Return and exchange requests can be submitted on our Returns Portal. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, and 5 days from your return request approval to send the the items back to us. Late returns will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns which have marks of make-up or scents of perfume/odour. Labels must be attached and untampered with. 

There is a £5 fee for returns for a refund, to cover the cost of the return label and processing fees. UK exchanges are free, we cover the costs for you.

Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
